Wednesday, May 26th at 6pm.

Critique begins with an artist showing something they are working on (or recently finished) they give a short description of the work...what they were trying to do, etc. Then there is a short Q & A session where the group asks the artist questions.

The group then discusses the work's strengths and areas where the work is a success. Followed by a discussion about possible solutions/improvements that can be made. usually lasts an hour.

Assignment: Photograph any subject in both black & white and color. At meeting, group will critique focusing on composition and contrast.

If pics are mailed to Ken Swinson, usartdude@hotmail.com, he will include on projector presentation for easier group viewing.

At the Guild Building, Wednesday at 1pm to work on still life painting.  Bring your paint, sketchbook, clay, etc for an afternoon of art making with friends.
